Really fairly priced and the two people who came out had a great attitude (despite having to take our washing machine down three flights of very steep stairs in the QLD heat). Admin/reception were very prompt in their responses and made the whole process really easy. They ended up removing a washing machine, two bookcases, an outdoor seat, small tv cabinet, and small chest of drawers. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, Sonja was able to shift my pick-up time so it fitted in ahead of a delivery I had coming later in the day. It's great that they give you a text message and tracking details of the drivers so you know exactly when they are due to arrive.
